Hey There! I'm Coach Jules
 I know exactly what it feels like to do everything ârightâ and still feel like your body is working against you. As a personal trainer with 15 years of coaching experienceâand more importantly, real-life experienceâIâve dedicated my career to helping women just like you take back control of their health and feel strong, confident, and energized again.
My turning point? Perimenopause hit me like a freight train. No matter how well I ate or how much I exercised, my body refused to cooperate. I felt trapped in a tired, puffy shell that no longer felt like me.
Desperate for answers, I dove into research, tried every program, app, and nutrition plan that promised results⊠and got nowhere. I quickly realized most fitness plans werenât made for women in this stage of lifeâthey were generic, unrealistic, and, quite frankly, full of empty promises.
If I hadnât been a fitness professional, I would have believed there was no hope. But I refused to accept that.
So, I did what I do bestâI put my knowledge to the test. I researched hormone health, experimented with nutrition and strength training, and built a method that actually works for real women navigating perimenopause and beyond.
